Well-run building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very few problems, and those that exist are handled promptly. it's an older building but everything seems to stay in order.
Cons:
A lot of turnover in the last few months... appears as if the owners may be taking advantage of the market shift and pricing tenants out of their apartments, though no distinct improvements are being made.
Advice to owner:
Consider that money saved by encouraging long-term tenant stability will be greater than gains from encouraging turnover.
