Great Neighborhood but needs better management
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s located in a very nice and safe neighborhood close to the train and Central Park. Can’t ask for a better location this price.
Cons:
The old management company is really bad at communicating. Sometimes, the house inspection people will show up without notice. The heat is very old. the heat kept going this year when entering June-the apartment basically becomes an oven

Cheap, modern rental units
Former Tenant
Pros:
The hallways and the units are modern and clean, great value.
Cons:
The laundry room is located below the building next to the building garbage bins. Both are infested with rats.
Advice to owner:
Better garbage management, the rest is perfect!
