It's school housing

Super was a really great guy
Cons:
Building smelled like boys locker room
Occasional late parties
No elevator
Dimly lit and dingy building, hospital waiting room furniture

Please, if you could make the building smell better

Cheap, but you get what you pay for

Laundry in building was cheap. Not too noisy.
Cons:
Pretty dirty, appliances in my apartment were pretty worn out.

Things fixed on time usually
Cons:
Way too much heat, and lack of cooperation from the manager of the building in terms of fixing stuff ie the laundry room. Super was very helpful

Nice kitchen, living room space is sufficient and the room sizes are good. 3bedroom 2bathroom unit

Upstairs neighbors seemed like they stomped around the apartment
