Not a Forever Home, but a Home
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was clean, and trash in the basement was emptied regularly.
Cons:
Packages kept getting stolen, and some of the neighbors with kids would have them play in the hallway outside my door.

Good but not amazing
Former Tenant
Pros:
Water pressure is absolutely amazing, everyone is really nice, and management is responsive
Cons:
Definitely small, kitchen is tiny, can hear the people above, and sometimes find little bugs/Beatles but to be expected in the city

Stolen packages are an inside job here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing and kind supers. They should honestly get paid much more for what they have to deal with here.
Cons:
Packages are stolen literally every day in this building. The cops here supposedly know who the thieving tenant is (after reviewing camera footage in response to numerous calls from many other tenants here), but have done nothing about it. While the supers here are amazing at their job, some of the tenants here aren't very responsible when it comes to throwing their own garbage out in the basement. Open food containers are thrown on the basement floor, greasy food is thrown in the wrong receptacles, trash is thrown in recycling bins or just left out for others to pick up after them. Many apartments here are rented out as Airbnbs, so you frequently have huge groups of rude tourists waiting outside the building door to be let in. Mice are a huge problem here during the winter.
Advice to owner:
Don't blame tenants for "causing their packages to be stolen" when they ask if something can be done about the major package stealing that has been happening to literally every tenant in this building. The gaslighting by the property owner was next level.

Lovely neighbors and neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everyone who lives here is so kind and charming. The supers do an excellent job of keeping the building clean and responding to issues.
Cons:
Sometimes people smoke in the building, there is the occasional roach, and packages are stolen frequently.
