113 W 106
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building itself is decent, there have been a few pest/cockroach problems but infrequent and in the summer. Management is pretty good about responding. Trash gets managed well. All the neighbors are friendly.
Cons:
Sometimes packages get stolen or opened but not always. The side door gets left open at the bottom of the stairs which lets rain or snow in. The shower head is on the ceiling in our unit which means pressure is low and it gets everywhere. Also, the water is usually hot or cold and it’s very hard to get anything in between. No washer or dryer in the building is tough.
