Good area, good first apartment

Pros:
Great area, nice kitchen, new appliances, hardwood floor and tile
Cons:
No control of heat, the plumbing is very loud from other units, landlord not responsive to requests for maintenance, dirty common areas, hard to get packages delivered.
Advice to owner:
Do better

Privacy and decent space
Cons:
Hard to contact anyone for maintenance, or anyone in charge really. The roof needs work so water damage on the ceiling occurred.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to tenants.

Avoid this Disappointing Experience

Pros:
Good area, close to park and transportation, lots of good restaurants nearby
Cons:
Unresponsive management team, the walls are paper thin and some neighbors are loud throughout the night. Not to mention the ongoing roach issue within the building
