So tight it will show if your roommates are toxic or not
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing location. Appreciated the dishwasher and laundry in unit. Great response from the Super Damir
Cons:
Rooms are too tiny. The kitchen the living room and dinning room its very tight. Its hard to heat the apartment in winter and you’ll roast in summer. Way too expensive utilities.
Advice to owner:
Tell Coned to do something about the bill. We had to pay 500$ for august and two of the 3 roommates were barely in the apt

Worst ny landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
My neighbors are great
Cons:
Landlord doesn’t fix anything. Landlord raises rent arbitrarily and high % even if you are a good tenant.
