Okay I guess
Former Tenant
Pros:
Safe area, across the street from a soccer field, a lot of lights get into the windows (facing the street), neighbors are nice, cheap rent
Cons:
If someone is cooking even from 3 floors down we can smell it in our apartment, we live upstairs from a Mexican restaurant and can sometimes smell it from the hallway, no elevator, carpeted stairs are super dirty and not super secure, old building, kinda dirty, heard bad things about the landlord
