Pretty Solid
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive management team; super gets things done; they have an exterminator that comes every month; building common areas are kept clean.
Cons:
Not much honestly. Management is very particular/picky about how things are done which can be a bit annoying.
Advice to owner:
Keep it up!
