First apt in NYC

Pros:
The super was very nice and responsive, management company was also very friendly and responsive, great location, absolutely no complaints.
Cons:
I lived in a unit on the first floor and it did not have any direct sunlight, which can be a bummer during winter

The super is amazing, limited noise you can hear outside or from neighbors, rent stabilized, pretty spacious for manhattan

had issues with mice but the super is doing his best

Amazing Building!

Pros:
Building was always clean & well kept. Super was always cleaning outside / building lobby, and was super helpful with everything. He installed AC, and was super responsive to any repair requests. Minimal noise due to inward facing windows. Nice to have the elevator in this type of building.
