The building has deteriorated, dirty, rats, & lazy porter
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great! But when we moved in, it was much cleaner then the super got sick & the porter is lazy.
Cons:
We pay too much money to live in this dirty building, the elevator is always out of service & the porter is rude, lazy, wants extra tip for doing his job? & doesn’t speak English properly
Advice to owner:
Please clean your building, monitor the people who works for you. People are moving out, too tired of lazy Super & Porter.
