Avoid this place like the plague
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is near multiple subway stations
Cons:
Very thin floors and walls, horrible roach and pest problem, poor building management, extremely difficult to request repairs, and the WORST long time tenant neighbors who are extremely rude, aggressive, and unreasonable (e.g., complaining about noise from the sound of our rolling desk chairs rolling on the ground, and then threatening us with a lawsuit)
