Eh.........
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is clean. One of the best things about this building is that the super is very responsive and helpful. Garbage is well maintained. Located in a good area.
Cons:
The landlords are very unprofessional and unresponsive. So many follow ups in order to get someone to answer via email or phone. The level of disorganization is concerning since they have all the tenants financial and personal information. Noise level is not the best. Very limited lighting, some units have almost no natural light. Several tenants are college students, so expect noise and random screaming.
Advice to owner:
Be more communicative and responsive to your tenants.
