Great for family
Former Tenant
Pros:
We love that the price is very reasonable for the amenities that we get - the elevator, in unit laundry, and spacious bedroom. Trash-shoot on each floor makes it easy to take out trash. Elevator has never been broken. There’s been almost no pest problems. Super is usually very responsive and keeps the building clean. Love that neighbors have been here for years & not a lot of noise from them. Neighborhood is great - multiple grocery stores, close to the 1 train, close to the parks, quite an ideal location!
Cons:
There is construction going on the street facing this building - relatively quiet, but it can sometimes get noisy during the day. Super is very strict about recycling.

Good building. Good price. Enjoyable to live here.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator. Dishwasher in most units. Washer dryer in every unit. Great super. Quiet and friendly building. Good for families. Not for young college partiers.
Cons:
Antiquated system for rent and lease management. Management is fair but seems overloaded sometimes with communication. Getting packages is sometimes a problem.
Advice to owner:
Upgrade rent payment and document to make it easier. Keep making it fun and easy to live here.
