Don't live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location next to columbia and other amenities
Cons:
incredibly non transparent rental and renovation process, gave us our apartment 10 DAYS LATE, put a "sight unseen clause" despite us viewing the apartment. Washer and dryer in unit had been advertised but it was broken the whole time and they did not compensate us for it. lots of cockroaches, poor finishings, bad renovation, bad building maintenance (our doorbell was broken for a long time and they would not fix it). We had a mold infestation and the super came into our apartment and said he would just be fixing the smoke detector (that does not work) he then proceeded to paint over the mold, splashing paint over all of our bathroom belongings.

Not worth the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
The size of apartment, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher
Cons:
So many roaches and mice. Rats surrounding and possibly in building. Lobby and common areas not kept in good condition. Bad paint jobs throughout building and in apartment and some with possible lead contamination. Packages opened and stolen. Apartment didn't have gas for 3 months so were left to use electric burners. Slow and unresponsive building management.
Advice to owner:
Clean up and renovate the building. Hire new building super. Actually deal with pest problems. Upgrade apartment appliances.
