Overpriced, but nothing wrong with apartment

Pros:
- Apartment was newly renovated - walls brushed - looks modern, - maintenance is really quick and friendly
Cons:
- Overpriced - Dirty common area (barely mopped) - Not much light coming into the building - Last month rent is free if rent for a year

Not loud, responsive super, nice lease renewal offer
Cons:
Trash situation wasn’t great, landlords were very non responsive it was hard to get the security deposit back
