HORRIBLE! BEWARE! DON’T DO IT
Former Tenant
Pros:
I loved the neighborhood and it was fun being near delicious restaurants.
Cons:
BUGS that they did nothing to get rid of. CRAZY RATS in front of the building. Incredibly unresponsive management. I left my unit covered in bites from carpet beetles

Lots of Rats
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of space and great location.
Cons:
Rats in the walls, rats on the streets, rats in the building, flies everywhere in the summer, a burst pipe, need I go on? The church next door plays loudly on weekend mornings, and also some weekday nights.
Advice to owner:
The entire building needs to be cleansed of rats and pests. Badly.

An alright place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Relatively cheap and affordable, close to Columbia
Cons:
Large amount of bugs in the building, very little sunlight. One of the cabinets was installed in such a way that it couldn't be closed.

Rats, cockroaches and dilapidation
Former Tenant
Pros:
location is phenomenal, close to the 1,2,3 and great bars and restaurants.
Cons:
109th st between Broadway and Amsterdam Ave is a rat haven. On top of that there were roaches in the building and the water temp and pressure was very poor.
Advice to owner:
Drop the price, no one should pay 3K plus to rent a room in a tiny apt infested with roaches and then have to walk through hundreds of rats to get home
Over 1 year ago
No accountability EVER
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing really. It's very disappointing.
Cons:
The supers never respond. They promise to fix things and never do. The rats are literally the worst on this block out of all the surrounding blocks and they dont fix it. The front door lock is constantly being broken. When packages get stolen they dont offer a remedy.
Advice to owner:
Hire people that will actually care about the building and the residents.

Bad Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, close to the 1 and lots of restaurants and grocery stores
Cons:
Unresponsive management, pest (roach) problems, neighbors that are constantly pounding on the walls and floors, street has A LOT of rats (yes it’s nyc but this is much worse than normal), things never get fixed, front door is constantly broken and unlocked, school across the street is very loud in the morning
Advice to owner:
Actually respond fix things when your tenants call. (Waiting 3 months to get roaches taken care of is ridiculous)
