Not Great. Bob
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was a nice elevator building when it worked.
Cons:
One day the water leaked through the lighting fixture above my bathtub and they did not fix that for WEEKS. It was exceptionally dangerous. No one cared. They also tried multiple times to sent me a new lease in the middle of my old one. As soon as they could, they raised my rent by 600 dollars a month.

between two parks
Former Tenant
Pros:
-close to subway -good supermarkets -next to Riverside -generally quiet and small building
Cons:
-poor management -garbage situation was bad, which leads to pest issues with rats and roaches all over the basement.
Advice to owner:
get a handle on the situation

Lives prior to current landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious apartments, good live-in super, proximity to Riverside park. Generally a nice, safe, quiet building.
Cons:
May have changed with new owner, but lobby was less polished than all the neighboring buildings — Mismatched furniture, fluorescent lights. Laundry was only 2 machines & didn’t work well.
