Nice super, bad management and tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Nice, responsive super. If you treat him well he will take care of you. -monthly pest control. Never saw mice. Saw 1-2 roaches in 12 months - never had a package stolen -laundromat downstairs -close to subway, gym, and park
Cons:
-Some sketchy, loud tenants. They frequently have parties that creep into the hallway. They also would leave whole pieces of furniture blocking the stairs. -management was very unresponsive. -ALWAYS people on the stoop
Advice to owner:
Treat the super and his staff better. Have better oversight of tenants who do not abide by the law.
