Supers aren't great
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are great. The space is good.
Cons:
Unresponsive and lazy supers. Takes forever to get anything fixed properly.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants and fix their problems in a timely manner. Stop cutting corners.

Don’t rent here!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The shopping areas are not too far.
Cons:
In the Winter they don’t provide heat at all. So if you’re looking for a summer home then you’re in luck.
Advice to owner:
Treat tenant’s better than what you are treating them. This property I believe is ran by a slum lord.
