It’ll do in a pickle

Pros:
close to the subway, a great deli on the corner and a friendly atmosphere during the day.
Cons:
Mail system is ridiculous, building could be cleaned once in a while, very noisy community and neighbors.
Advice to owner:
Clean your property and sidewalks. It would help the curb appearance and your tenants fee more at home. Also, please have a better maintenance system! it takes forever just for someone to come and fix your issue!

Bad electric, water temp & pressure, bad building plumbing causing leaking.

I like the exposed brick inside the apartments
Cons:
Your own neighbors will steal your mail and if you have bikes or anything in the basement it will be stolen in less than 3 days.
Advice to owner:
Please install cameras for your tenants security
