Infested with roaches and mice
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management was pretty responsive and helpful but that was all. Zero Covid relief
Cons:
Poorly renovated, bad water pressure and inconsistent heat. Mice and roach infested. A month before moving in in 2019 I obtained documents where the landlord had reverted the unit from being market price to rent controlled, but had us sign a contract starting that the unit wasn’t rent controlled
Advice to owner:
Give people a descent standard to a decent living price. 1bedroom apartment with no washer, dryer, dishwasher or central air and 5 flight walk up and infested with mice and riches should NOT be rented out for over $1900. Outrageous
