more attention to the needs of the tenant
Former Tenant
Pros:
The new way to enter to the building is great but need more improve about save procedures

2 year minimal problems
Former Tenant
Pros:
Honestly I’ve really loved living here. Is it the best place in Manhattan? No. Is it affordable? Yes. I have had a few sporadic incidents with pests (1 roach/year, 1 mouse that came through a hole that was patched next day, 1 week of cluster flies that went away with traps) that management is never great with dealing with, but thankfully they also never became big long-term issues.
Cons:
Management is not great at getting back to you if they feel your problem is insignificant. If it’s a major problem (i.e. a mouse in our kitchen) they are good about sending someone over same-day or next-day. The building itself is so-so, but does the job. Trash area is pretty gross

Just very adequate
Former Tenant
Pros:
Key fob entrance
Cons:
Loud neighbors, trash in common areas
