Nice building, good managment

Pros:
The landlord is responsive. Laundry in building. Close to the 1 train. Nice big elevator that’s super convenient for moving/grocery shopping.
Cons:
Super is not the greatest but his job is hard, so maybe he’s doing his best. Didn’t have any pest issues my two years of living here until just this past month. Roaches have started to pop up out of nowhere. I haven’t changed my lifestyle so I don’t know why this happening. The laundry downstairs is often broken because tenants overpack the washers. The laundry company can be slow to fix things. It can also get a bit cold in the winter. Not dog friendly. Cats are accepted.
Advice to owner:
Coordinate more with the laundry service

Building well-maintained but slow response from maintenance

Pros:
The building is very well-maintained for the most part and clean, but there is only two washer and dryers in the entire building that are constantly breaking.
Cons:
The noise level is really bad outside and next door. Our neighbors are constantly loud very early in the morning and also on the street it can be pretty crowded at times.
Advice to owner:
Faster response time would help with a lot of the issues.

building has washer/dryer, nice and very capable super, nice neighbors, nice neighborhood

management very unresponsive and rude, takes months for things to get done
