Pros:
Apartments are spacious, and generally well-maintained. Staff are very attentive and friendly.
Cons:
The hallways are poorly lit.

Have lived here for many years. Staff are great and responsible. In the 20+ years of living here, have had two pest incidents, which the management have been responsive to.

I previously sublet an apt in this building and these were my observations:
Elevators are always broken
Trash is not emptied often
Neighbor with a baby doesn't use garbage bags and the smell of shit fills the hallways
Management is racist against Asians
