Maintenance and ownership do not respond
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great! You’re near everything that you would ever need.
Cons:
Random people are always on the front steps of the building, they break the lock on the front secured door and then have parties on the first floor in the hallway.
Management does not respond to maintenance requests. The roof is caving in requiring it to leak. We’ve submitted multiple requests and nothing has been done. The roof may fall in anyday now.
There is also mold that has not been fixed for months. After multiple requests.
Advice to owner:
Respond to your residents and fix maintenance issues. There is no reason why we should have to get the housing Authority involved.
