Look elsewhere please
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundromat, cleaners, supermarket, USPS and food options within a block or two. Neighbors are respectful for the most part.
Cons:
This place was given to my filthy. There was hair in the shower and old broccoli in the oven (I couldn’t shower there for months and showered at my mothers home). People sit in front of the building and refuse to move to move. Front of building is loud and dirty. No garbage shoot in hallways, have to go to street to throw out garbage.
Advice to owner:
Please have your super clean. It looks like he hangs out more than work

Mice, roaches, and harassment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large bedroom, close to subway, quiet neighbors in building but loud street
Cons:
Building was infested with roaches and mice, management did not address. Read your leases WORD FOR WORD and save copies, as management will try to intimidate you into giving extra months rent. Kitchen was tiny, fridge couldn't open all the way because it was next to a wall. Shower had terrible water pressure and rarely had hot water.
