Sufficient but needs work
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to trains, spacious and has dishwasher.
Cons:
Hallways are always dirty and not cleaned and elevator is always dirty.
Advice to owner:
They need to pay more attention to the buildings instead of just individual apartments. Hallways need to be cleaned and a facelift, front door area needs a facelift or maybe a gate.
