Roaches and Unresponsive Super

Pros:
- great location
- kind neighbors
- never had an issue with the laundry room
- super was helpful whenever we could get in contact with him
Cons:
- EXTREME roach infestation that persisted even with us doing deep cleans twice a week
- super was often unresponsive and hard to access
- the walls are thin & i could hear my upstairs neighbor’s every footstep
- packages often got stolen
- stairwells often had dead (& sometimes live) roaches, only ever cleaned when someone was touring
Advice to owner:
PLEASE address the roach issue, maintain clean common areas, and address the package stealing issue.

One tenant on the second floor is always screaming and harassing other tenants????

Pros:
Great lighting in bedrooms, loved having virtual doorman, laundry always worked in building, heating is controlled through radiator & it's hot even on the lowest pressure
Cons:
Packages were frequently stolen, we have so many roaches - I can't wait to move out
Advice to owner:
Fumigate this building please

okay experience but unresponsive management and TERRIBLE roach infestation

Pros:
- super is helpful when he does respond
- trash is emptied often
- doorbell system is helpful
Cons:
- package thief problem never addressed
- roaches everywhere no matter how often we deep cleaned
- both the super & leasing office are difficult to get to/unresponsive
- common areas not cleaned often
Advice to owner:
please address the pest problem and please be more responsive/available for tenants
