It’s fine… but
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to subway, laundry, and grocery
Cons:
Neighbors smoked in hallway, small units, French doors for bedrooms - privacy with roommates?!
Advice to owner:
Have better smoking policies

Decent okay apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent wasn’t too high, super is pretty cool. Neighbors are all pretty nice. There’s a gym/laundry in building .
Cons:
Packages stolen often, there’s always trash out front. If you live in a front facing window trash is often directly in front. Exterminators aren’t consistent. Water pressure is low.
