Do not move in

Pros:
The neighbors are friendly.
Cons:
In the winter no heat or hot water. Mail and packages gets stolen. Mailboxes are broken. Bell never works.
Advice to owner:
Fix up the building.

The location has a variety of things around
Cons:
- Management isn’t responsive - building supervisor does fix things in a timely manner (waited almost 3 months for a leak) - Theres a rat infestation
Advice to owner:
Hire new trained and experienced building supervisors that will maintain your building clean and keep up with issues as they occur. Stop cutting corners
