Broke the lease
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful neighborhood in Harlem. This building is around the corner from keyfoods,
Cons:
2nd floor. The renovations were at first ok but once you lived there you realized they did not do a great job. We had mice for 6 months of living there and ended up breaking our lease to get out of there.
The building outdoor maintenance was great but once you had something to fix inside, it took forever for them to get to you and when they did it was poorly taken care of.
