    Pros:
    Super is kind and tries his best
    Cons:
    Management doesn’t care about issues unless you send certified mail. They have a major pest issue which was reported ages ago but refused to acknowledge phone calls or emails, until delivered via verified mail. Stay away from this building and these property managers.
