Horrible Living
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to All Public Transportation Yankee Stadium Not Far Gym & Cafes Nearby
Cons:
Tenants are unkept Managment is horrible Supers speak no English Rats infestation around Building Building is Unkept Super doesn’t answer for emergencies Management is unorganized
Advice to owner:
The building needs cameras as well as supers who can communicate with tenants fluently. Management needs to be up to date with lease renewals & documentation regarding apartments. There should be a 24hr call line for tenants in case of emergency There should be building walk throughs regularly
