Slum landlord horrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are nice. Well most of them.
Cons:
No elevator Roaches and rats consistently Management never responds to emails No heat or hot water for 6 months in 2022 No gas since October of 2023 in counting Want to raise the rent but don’t fix nothing Sends workers to fix things and they don’t speak English and they don’t clean up after themselves and they break what they came to fix,
Advice to owner:
Quit while you’re ahead. In multiple states you have multiple violations on all of your buildings. You’re workers are unprofessional and you have been sued multiple times and more to come

This is HELL... Welcome
Former Tenant
Pros:
The homeless and vagrants will only steal a little of there stuff IF they like you....
Cons:
There are homeless & vagrants.
The building Management is NON-EXISTING.
They did not give my apartment water in June 2020 during COVID-19 ! Took them to court where they only offered me one months rent. (Never fixed the water...)
They building is atrocious! There is no safety, cleaning nor repairs.
Your packages will be stolen..a lot. (You’ve been warned).
The largest apartment is a two bed - one bath. There is one closet in one of the bedrooms and that’s it for the closets in the house.
All the apartments are on top of each other so if your TV is loud in you house well then WE’ER now watching whatever that person has on.
The building smells bad... a lot of the times (remember on cleaning).
They will not repair anything or respond to your requests however if you are a month late for rent they will take you to court. Immediately!
They don’t supply heat when they’re city obligated to so expect to freeze when it’s cold. There is no window insulation so you’re freezing in the winter and melting in the summer. The whole house is basically sheet rock so your apartment is cracking and breaking non stop.
The said two bed apartment earlier mentioned. From door to end of the house is ten steps...... think about that and let it sink.
It is literally the worst place is ever lived which was on the six floor of a condemned building.
They’re are a lot of roaches in this building. Too many water bugs walked up the stairs with me every other day I lost count.
For 2200 a month is can all be ours....
Advice to owner:
When you go to hell.. have gasoline underwear on please.
