Lovely Condo Building

Has all you need: gym, entertainment lounge, elevator and doorman. Nice management, lots of storage and high ceilings, well maintained.
Cons:
Only one elevator, sometimes breaks.

Amenities, train location, neighborhood, neighbor’s, apartment updates
Cons:
I don’t have access to the extra storage bc I rent in the unit. I believe my landlord is using the storage
Advice to owner:
Keep the bbq area open and regulated on a schedule. Keep the pool table area open for reservation only
