Don't Move into 1C
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment had high ceilings, new finishings and fixtures and was priced well.
Cons:
Consistent leak problem from doors onto the patio took forever to be resolved, and the doors would leak during rain and freeze shut in the winter. It was raining from our light fixtures...literally. Don't live on the 1st floor because there's no lobby and people treat the narrow hallway like they live there. Smoking bongs and cigarettes, always playing loud music at all hours of the day. We also had a rat. No security with back fence and anyone can get onto your patio.
Advice to owner:
Don't install large window doors just because they look nice. I know we were the first to have these. Nightmare situation.
