LOUD LOUD LOUD
Former Tenant

Very bright. Well lit
Cons:
Over a VERY noisy bar. Hear music all night long. Drunk/homeless people in outside seating areas.
Advice to owner:
Buy very large earplugs or work at night.

Nice Apartment, Loud Bar Downstairs
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment was clean, bright, and well maintained, with hardwood floors and central air. The lobby was always clean, packages were generally safe, and the basement laundry area was also generally available. Howard (landlord) and Semaye (super) were always responsive. Howard was so on top of things, he even had the filter in our fridge water dispenser changed yearly.
Cons:
Grill on the Hill got louder over the course of the year I lived there. Thursday-Sunday nights they would blast music until 4am or later (we were the unit directly above them so it was very loud for us). They also started weekend brunch so Saturday & Sunday at 10am they’d blast music as well. This was the reason I moved out. Howard tried to help with the noise but nothing changed. Also expensive electric bill for no reason.
Advice to owner:
Our electric bill was extremely high, despite us keeping the apartment warm in the summer and cool in the winter. $200+ electric bills. Someone should check how ConEd is reading the meters.
