Convenient but loud
Former Tenant
Pros:
Attentive and professional management company, nice super, elevator, laundry in the basement, close to many subway lines
Cons:
Occasionally the noise from Amsterdam Ave was extremely loud. A couple times a month there might be a loud block party on the corner that would randomly start at 11 pm on a Sunday night.
Advice to owner:
Clean building vents.

Nice, neat but too noisy.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Middle of manhattan, nice restaurants, and near public transportation.
Cons:
It's super loud cause of all the churches around. Neighbors can be loud.
