too expensive for what you get
Former Tenant
Pros:
the units are big
Cons:
block is somewhat derelict: -4 townhouses at the bottom of the hill are all abandoned -cars speed up the hill -neighboring townhouses flood often
building-wide: -heat is barely on. -common areas are barely cleaned -repairs go to lowest bidder (nice folks tho) -exclusive "broker" Jeff will collude to make sure you do not renew, avoid at all costs if possible
units: -way too expensive. don't get bamboozled.

Too expensive for all the issues, absentee landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, good neighborhood, MOST tenants nice, super is sweet / responsive but not everything gets fixed (don’t think it’s his fault though)
Cons:
Constant heat and water issues. Owner told tenants to stop calling 311. Dismissive about pest issues. unaddressed water damage and mold.
