Has lots of potential, needs work
Former Tenant
Pros:
Prime location Food , bars Train
Cons:
Dirty unresponsive. Depressing small dark building.
It feels like it’s falling apart even though is new.
Elevator never works
Narrow stairs No lobby No mail Smells like cigarette in the entry door No hot water Bad locks, got locked out Cheap material replacements Half ass renovations
Advice to owner:
Listen to tenants, a lot of work needs to be done.
