Review of building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Water pressure is usually always good and if there is an issue with the water it is usually resolved within the same day. Usually very warm during the winter time. Apartments are spacious. Super is very nice and responsive to everyone.
Cons:
All kinds of bugs and mice inside the building walls, there are holes in the interior walls of the basement that haven’t been sealed up for years or months which just invites more pests to party inside the building walls. Street outside can be loud. Building is very old.
Advice to owner:
More efforts at pest control, seal any holes or cracks in the interior walls of the basement or in the building lobby and staircases.
