Disgusting
Former Tenant
Pros:
I love our actual unit, it’s renovated and it’s cute. There’s a super, the exterminator comes and you don’t have to pay unless you needed something huge from them.
Cons:
It’s dirty. The building looks run down, there are homeless/addicts sleeping in the hallways and the stairs. The front door to the public doesn’t lock fully. People steal packages and write on the walls in the hallway. People occasionally fight and yell. Someone defecated in front of our apartment door.

Convenient Location, Terrible Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Directly off the C line Multiple high quality grocery stores Parking garage across the street
Cons:
-Management is impossible to reach -Heat and hot water is turned off for days, multiple times a year for repairs on the boiler without notice -Be prepared to freeze all winter -Multiple squatter units who sell drugs out of their apartment. Police are constantly called on desperate clientele try to kick in their door all. Lots of yelling in the halls. -Building is absolutely filthy
Advice to owner:
This management company is impossible to work with. They lost our rent multiple times by “accidentally” crediting it to another unit, never responded to our calls, and over all just didn’t care. I would never live in one of their buildings again.
