A Beautiful Mess
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Food Shopper Heaven
- Workable elevator
- Decent common space
Cons:
- Faulty pipes
- “Bedroom” system (more like closet space)
- Warm, but slow super
Advice to owner:
- Major fix with the pipes
- Cameras for the hallways in case someone falls again like I did
