Tenant 2018-2020 (moved because of work)
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super at the time Danny was AMAZING. We would actually contact him rather than submit a work order through the landlord. Danny was always responsive 24-36 hrs max.
Cons:
Having lived on the Ally/ street side, there was always noise and trash days were particularly noisy as Danny handled the recycling but we understand this is something that can not be avoided. There is also a neighbor in the building next door that plays music really loud on the weekends.
