Loud and Lovely

Pros:
The people were amazing and I wouldn’t trade any of my days there for the people whom I got to know. The sunlight was golden, the space was wide, and the price was right. Live music every night, if you’re into that.
Cons:
Repairs were infrequent, though the need for them was frequent. Water issues, floorboard crack, gas issues.

Only pro is living in the heights and transportation
Cons:
This building never have consistent hot water or heat. There are leaks in the building constantly, one super for 3 buildings, and
the responsiveness is terrible to basic fixes
Advice to owner:
Fix the units before people move in, not just a touch up.
