Decent, but not great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Think walls, never heard other neighbors unless they were in the hallway.

The assistant to the building’s manager Geline is the most caring and nice person. She was so helpful and responsive.
Cons:
Halls and stairs were always disgusting, and there was always someone smoking. Of course, never have your packages delivered here, you might as well expect them to be stolen.

The super and his friends would always hang outside the building door which made coming home awkward at times.
Advice to owner:
More security, more cleaning in the halls, and for the love of god, renovate the apartments! Some of the other apartments were horrid.
