Lived Here 5 Years, Great Spot
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, quiet street, near enough to everything without being in the center of it all. Laundry in building is great, but could use more machines.
Cons:
Elevator frequently broken. Neighbors can be loud, but there are worse things than a guy teaching voice lessons out of his apartment down the hall. The Super (when I was there) wasn't on top of things, you really had to pester him to get anything done.
Advice to owner:
More laundry machines! Otherwise, I had a lovely time.

Steer Clear if you can..
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is conveniently located near a train station, more on the quiet side of Broadway and it’s a landmark building.
Cons:
So many issues in this building, everything from the elevator breaking down constantly, the so called laundry machines are disgusting and filthy and also used by other buildings… let’s not forget the massive rats, roaches and bedbugs here too.
Advice to owner:
Please fix these problems ASAP

Avoid this landlord

Troublesome management can’t upkeep what could be a beautiful building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing neighborhood, right near subway, lots of quick food options
Cons:
Owner won’t control mice Heat is hit or miss Loud annoying and dangerous tenant on 6th floor who is constantly doing construction in his apartment Water damage to apartment from above tenant, going on 7 years with no real fix, just patchwork Packages stolen numerous times with no security can fix by owner (even though it was discussed many times over the last 5 years)
Advice to owner:
Help your tenants who have been there almost a decade and have put up with the chaos on the 6th floor
Fix your issues with black mold, water damage, and other broken parts of building. How many times does 311 have to show up??
