Abusive landlord, horrible property
Former Tenant
Pros:
Almost nothing about it. Nice super, though.
Cons:
It's in terrible condition. There are roaches everywhere. You can't rely on having your basic needs met. The landlord is emotionally manipulative and bases what he charges for each unit on how naive and desperate he thinks the each renter is.
Advice to owner:
Find someone else to manage your properties and tenants.
