Rent! If you like living with mice, roaches and RATS!

Pros:
The building is big. Apartments are big. The other tenants are kind for the most part, especially those who have been there for decades!
Mgmt does respond quickly to complaints.
Cons:
- Packages stolen
- Rats seen in apt
- Mice running around in apartment due to numerous holes in walls.
-always having a boiler issue so no heat or hot water
Sometimes tenants litter in hallways
Advice to owner:
Revamp!!!!! It looks nice but turns into a disastrous experience as a tenant.

TOTAL SHIT HOLE.

Pros:
NOTHING. Horrible place.
Cons:
Always noisy. Property management does not reply to complaints. Hot water takes 10 mins to start running. Ceilings leak. So many cockroaches. Water randomly turned off without notice. This place is a shithole.
Advice to owner:
Go to hell.
